COVID-19 – creates new challenges for staff rostering and ensuring that there is a minimum staff compliment available. No central repository of information that allows the NCA to know which staff members (or family members) have the COVID-19 virus and are currently self-isolating or have had the virus and have now recovered.
“Health Data Suite” – works in conjunction with “Quest Link” to help meet the COVID-19 symptom collector elements. Dashboards take the data collected via QuestLink and provide valuable data to inform the patient’s wellbeing and Covid-19 status within their household. Can be used in a non COVID environment to help improve consultations by focussing on the outcomes that matter most. Effectiveness - the ability to report on how many staff have acted / not acted upon the message is available.
